All reservations for the
luxurious Cascades hotel and more affordable Regent hotel can be
made via Londocor as they hold the block booking. Credit card
details are required to book you accommodation. All other hotels
and Guest Houses may be contacted directly

Please note
that transfers are not complimentary and must be booked at your
own expense The cost per transfer is approx R70.00 per person
Personal Insurance
Please note that all
delegates are responsible for their own travel insurance,
medical insurance and cancellation fees.
Language
The congress will be conducted in English. No translation
service will be available.
CPD Accreditation
The congress as well as the pre-congress workshops, the
breakfast and dinner symposia will be CPD accredited.
How to apply for sponsorship
Only SASOP
members who are paid up members may apply for sponsorship.

first name and surname and indicate the following :
A)
Private Practice (supply physical address) OR
B) Public
Service (please supply Name of Institution / University) If in
public service, please indicate if you are a consultant or
registrar. PLEASE also indicate if you have received previous
sponsorship to any National SASOP Congress.
2. Sponsorship
cannot be guaranteed. If your application is successful you may
only receive part sponsorship (i.e registration or
accommodation)
